How event content capture works
Content capture means a photo, video or social crew works your live activation and delivers edited assets you can use for weeks afterward. With Air Fresh Videos it takes four steps.
1. Tell us about the activation
Event, city, dates, what happens there and where the content will run: social, paid ads, a sales deck or a client recap.
2. We plan the capture
Together we agree a shot list, the moments that matter, who needs to sign releases, and the formats you need delivered.
3. Crew on site
Photo, video or social creators work the activation alongside your staff, capturing the moments on the shot list as they happen.
4. You get the content
Edited recap video, selected photos and social-ready clips in the formats you asked for, ready to post or share with your client.
Plan these before the event
- Where the content will run: social, ads, website, sales deck or client recap
- The must-capture moments: product, crowd, reactions, speakers or a launch reveal
- Formats you need: horizontal, vertical, lengths, photos
- Who will appear on camera, and whether releases are needed
- When you need it, and who approves it
For the shots to plan phase by phase, see the event video shot list guide.
What affects the quote
- Crew size and roles: photo, video, social, or a mix
- Hours on site and number of event days
- Number of edited deliverables and formats
- Extras such as a content studio, interviews or creator support
Every capture is custom-quoted to that scope, so there is no rate card here.
